Kelvin Slush Mix: Lemon

 

Commercial Slush Machine
Batch Recipe

• Kelvin Lemon Slush Mix 1 carton (32 oz)
• White Rum 375 mL (12 oz)
• Dark Rum 375 mL (12 oz)
• Orange Curaçao 250 mL (8 oz)
• Orgeat Syrup 125 mL (4 oz)
• Water 4 qt (128 oz)

Combine all ingredients & freeze in a slush machine


Blender Recipe

• Kelvin Lemon Slush Mix 2 oz
• White Rum 0.75 oz
• Dark Rum 0.75 oz
Orange Curaçao 0.25 oz
Orgeat Syrup 0.25 oz
Water 1 oz
Ice 1.5 cups

Combine all ingredients & blend until smooth


Home Slush Machine
Batch Recipe

• Kelvin Lemon Slush Mix 1.5 cups (12 oz)
• White Rum 1/2 cup (4 oz)
• Dark Rum 1/2 cup (4 oz)
• Orange Curaçao 1/4 cup (2 oz)
• Orgeat Syrup 1/4 cup (2 oz)
• Water 5.5 cups (44 oz)

Combine all ingredients & freeze in a slush machine
