Batch Recipe
• Kelvin Lemon Slush Mix 1/2 carton (16 oz)
• Kelvin Tea Slush Mix 1/2 carton (16 oz)
• Rye 750 mL (25 oz)
• Sweet Rouge Vermouth 375 mL (12 oz)
• Angostura Bitters 15 dashes
• Water 4 qt (128 oz)
Combine all ingredients & freeze in a slush machine
Blender Recipe
• Kelvin Lemon Slush Mix 1 oz
• Kelvin Tea Slush Mix 1 oz
• Rye 1.5 oz
• Sweet Rouge Vermouth 0.5 oz
• Angostura Bitters 1 dash
• Water 1 oz
• Ice 1.5 cups
Combine all ingredients & blend until smooth

• Kelvin Tea Slush Mix 3/4 cup (6 oz)
• Rye 1 cup (8 oz)
• Sweet Rouge Vermouth 1/4 cup (2 oz)
• Angostura Bitters 5 dashes
• Water 5.5 cups (44 oz)
Combine all ingredients & freeze in a slush machine
