Kelvin Slush Mix: Lemon

 

Commercial Slush Machine
Batch Recipe

• Kelvin Lemon Slush Mix 1 carton (32 oz)
• Bourbon 750 mL (25 mL)
• Water 4 qt (128 oz)
• Mint & Lime Juice Purée* to finish**

Combine all ingredients & freeze in a slush machine

*Blend mint leaves with fresh lime juice into fine purée. **Use as a garnish. We do not recommend putting mint purée in a slush machine.

Pro Tip: Try infusing Bourbon with mint for 2-3 days prior to mixing.


Blender Recipe

• Kelvin Lemon Slush Mix 2 oz
• Water 2 oz
• Bourbon 1 oz
• Fresh Mint 2-3 leaves
• Ice 1.5 cups

Combine all ingredients & blend until smooth


Home Slush Machine
Batch Recipe

• Kelvin Lemon Slush Mix 1.5 cups (12 oz)
• Bourbon 1 cup (8 oz)
• Water 5.5 cups (44 oz)
• Mint & Lime Juice Purée* to finish**

Combine all ingredients & freeze in a slush machine
