Batch Recipe
• Kelvin Lemon Slush Mix 1 carton (32 oz)
• Aperol 1/2 bottle (375 mL)
• Prosecco 1 1/2 bottles (1 1/2 x 750 mL)
• Gin 250 mL (8 oz)
• Water 3 qt (96 oz)
Combine all ingredients & freeze in a slush machine
Blender Recipe
• Kelvin Lemon Slush Mix 2 oz
• Aperol 0.5 oz
• Prosecco 2 oz
• Gin 0.5 oz
• Ice 1.5 cups
Combine all ingredients & blend until smooth
Home Slush Machine
Batch Recipe
• Kelvin Lemon Slush Mix 1.5 cups (12 oz)
• Aperol 1/2 cup (4 oz)
• Prosecco 1.5 cups (12 oz)
• Gin 1/2 cups (4 oz)
• Water 4 cups (32 oz)
Combine all ingredients & freeze in a slush machine
