Kelvin Slush Mix: Tea

 

Commercial Slush Machine
Batch Recipe

• Kelvin Lemon Slush Mix 1/2 carton (16 oz)
• Kelvin Tea Slush Mix 1/2 carton (16 oz)
• Tequila 500 mL (16 oz)
• Mezcal 250 mL (8 oz)
• Angostura Bitters 15-25 dashes
• Water 4 qt (128 oz)

Combine all ingredients & freeze in a slush machine

Blender Recipe

• Kelvin Lemon Slush Mix 1 oz
• Kelvin Tea Slush Mix 1 oz
• Tequila 1 oz
• Mezcal 0.5 oz
• Angostura Bitters 1 dash
• Water 1.5 oz
• Ice 1.5 cups

Combine all ingredients & blend until smooth

Home Slush Machine
Batch Recipe

• Kelvin Lemon Slush Mix 3/4 cup (6 oz)
• Kelvin Tea Slush Mix 3/4 cup (6 oz)
• Tequila 1 cup (8 oz)
• Mezcal 1/4 cup (2 oz)
• Angostura Bitters 5-10 dashes
• Water 5.5 cups (44 oz)

Combine all ingredients & freeze in a slush machine
