Batch Recipe

• Kelvin Lemon Slush Mix 1 carton (32 oz)
Campari 250 mL (8 oz)
Gin 250 mL (8 oz)
Sweet Vermouth 250 mL (8 oz)
Orange Juice 125 mL (4 oz)
Water 4 qt (128 oz)

Combine all ingredients & freeze in a slush machine


Blender Recipe

• Kelvin Lemon Slush Mix 2 oz
Water 1 oz
Campari 0.5 oz
Gin 0.5 oz
Sweet Vermouth 0.5 oz
Orange Juice 0.5 oz
Ice 1.5 cups

Combine all ingredients & blend until smooth

• Kelvin Frosé Blanc Slush Mix 1.5 cups (12 oz)
• Kelvin Lemon Slush Mix 1.5 cups (12 oz)
Campari 1/3 cup (2.5 oz)
Gin 1/3 cup (2.5 oz)
Sweet Vermouth 1/3 cup (2.5 oz)
Orange Juice 1.5 oz
Water 5.5 cups (44 oz)

Combine all ingredients & freeze in a slush machine
